Like Chasing Vermeer, I thoroughly enjoyed The Wright 3. The addition of Tommy presents the usual “two’s company, three’s a crowd” type of problems, but the kids soon discover that they each bring strengths and talents to the business of sleuthing that the others do not. This story was a little more hair-raising than the first, and I found myself shouting advice at the characters while I was driving.
Highly recommended for grades 5-8. For more information--including facts about the Robie House, games & activities--visit The Wright 3.
